Terms and Conditions – Baji VIP

1. General Terms

Baji VIP is an online gaming platform that provides access to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and related entertainment services. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, regardless of how they access it — whether through the website, the mobile app, or any other interface provided by Baji VIP.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Baji VIP, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Baji VIP or any of its affiliated companies.

Baji VIP reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned minus any bonuses claimed.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on Baji VIP. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

• All registration details must be truthful and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Baji VIP may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating bonuses.
• Accepted KYC documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence.
• Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
• Only one account per household, device, or IP address is permitted unless explicitly approved by Baji VIP support.

Baji VIP accounts are for personal use only. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Baji VIP supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and local bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the time of each transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your Baji VIP balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact our support team via live chat with your transaction reference number.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• Baji VIP does not accept payments from third-party accounts. The name on your payment account must match your Baji VIP registration details.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Most bKash and Nagad withdrawals complete within five minutes of approval.
• Baji VIP reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated without prior contact with Baji VIP support will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Baji VIP offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each offer page.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all.
• Baji VIP reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, device, and IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process.

6. Gameplay & Betting

All games available on Baji VIP use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate and reflect long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Baji VIP system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. In the event of a technical error or system malfunction during a game round, Baji VIP reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account.

• Bets placed after a game round has concluded will be voided.
• In sports betting, Baji VIP reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error.
• Winnings from voided bets will not be paid. Stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Baji VIP may impose betting limits on individual players or games at its discretion.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain is strictly prohibited.

7. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Baji VIP login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any other person. Baji VIP will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Baji VIP account and do not reuse it on other platforms.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.

• Baji VIP is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Baji VIP. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Attempting to launder money or use Baji VIP for any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonus offers through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Baji VIP staff or other players.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Baji VIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including for self-exclusion purposes.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable verification checks are completed.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting Baji VIP support via live chat. Requests to close an account will be processed within 24 hours.
